Virtual team building day for the HQ team

Usually in the beginning of December, the Swedish NovaCast team spares a full day to brainstorm and to prepare for the year to come. But as everything else in 2020, we had to do it a bit differently. This year, we all sat in our home offices connected through an online meeting platform, drinking glögg and eating Christmas cookies separately.

Although, the effectiveness and cheerfulness in the team were just as positive which we are hoping to spread.
