Customer visits in February 2022
We are very excited and happy to visit customers again. Two members of our team went on a road trip in Scandinavia to visit both new acquaintances as well as established ATAS MetStar users.
When stopping by users, our top priority is to help keep the flow going without hurdles. An easy way to stay in control with the thermal analysis equipment is to calibrate regularly. Our recommendation is to calibrate the ATAS MetStar system at least once a year in order to get correct measurements and to stabilize the melting procedure. The NovaCast team together with authorized global partners are happy to offer quality assurance services and support to customers.

The last stop of the trip was in Mosjøen, Norway, at one of our most recent user’s, Alcoa. The mission was to finalize the installation of their ATAS MetStar system and to give a start-up training.
